Introduction

Welcome to All Hallows R.C. High School for pupils aged between
eleven and sixteen. We offer a caring environment in which the needs of
every pupil are seen as of paramount importance..
As well as giving our pupils a firm grounding in the Catholic faith, our
aim is to develop our pupils' skills and talents and to offer a broad and
balanced curiculum which stretches all our pupils from the most able
to those with special needs.

"Welcome to All Hallows RC Buisness & Enterprise College"

Our school is the focal point for the Salford East EiC Action
Zone. The zone provide us with the resources we need to carry out a
wide range of activities with our associated primary schools.
The GCSE results in 2004 were outstanding and reflect the hard work
of teachers and pupils. Over the last three years examination grades
have gone from strength to strength, making us one of the most
improved schools in the country.

We are also very proud of our Key Stage 3 results. Details of these
and Key Stage 4 will be found on pages 12 and 73 of this prospectus.
Our involvement in the Excellence in Cities initiative has also brought
great benefits to the school. Our pupils have the services of Learning
Mentors, projects for Gifted and Talented pupils and extra curricular
activities. Our children also have the advantages of using some of the
most modern technology that is available for schools, in 2003 the
school became part of the national Behaviour Improvement
Programme. All of these initiatives can only enhance the education your
child will receive at All Hallows.

We see education as a partnership between home and school
because we share the same aims and ideals. You will always be welcome
in school should you have any questions or wish to discuss any aspect of
your child's welfare.

In this prospectus you will find information about how the school
operates, if there is anything else you would like to know please contact
us. We will be happy to help. Yours sincerely
